Troller Restaurant & Lounge in Garibaldi

This place is very over priced and the quality is poor. Our mashed potatoes tasted like they were from a box, the vegetables from a can and overall flavor was lacking. The waitress messed up our order and didn't offer to do anything to fix it plus she forgot out drinks even though the place wasn't busy. Very disappointed.

the food was good however the service was very slow. Actually didn't get our drinks for 20 minutes and took about 45 minutes to get our food even though there were only 4 other customers in the place

Awesome food..TERRIFIC razor clams...super sweet waitress! I'm lucky enough to live here and today was my second visit...may go back for dinner tonight...

After seating, the waiter left and never came back. Others were seated and had their orders taken while we waited. We left after 25 mins.

Nice waittress and very friendly. Had the all you can eat cod and it was good, definitely not spectacular, but good. I would have preferred to have had the 5 piece halibut for the same money but it was lunchtime and the staff said the halibut was for dinner only. Makes no sense to me, should be a lunch option. Maybe they had to go catch it...

Absolutely the BEST halibut fish & chips and clam chowder in the area. The breading is crispy and light. The halibut pieces were good sized. The clam chowder actually tasted like clam chowder, that shouldn't be so surprising, but it is. The older waitress (retired from Portland, didn't get her name) was a sweetheart and a true people person. We will definitely be returning!

Great local place at the Port of Garibaldi. Great food, fun little bar and to go, too!

Right on the bay surrounded by fishing boats. A lot to look at even on a slow day.Great Cod and Halibut! Service was fluid and on point....want to return for the Clam Chowder. Prices fair, they should be showing up in Googles Cheap Eats.

Absolute worst service , put in order told 30 min later it would be an hour wait for a sandwich there were only 4 tables with people there when i walked in , server seemed to be waiting on one big table for the tip..... staff is not very good at their job

Good fish tacos on Tuesdays for a dollar cold beer. Nice location bartender talks bad about customers and wants to close and go home instead of giving customer service. Place is for sale wish I could buy it could be very nice with a little tlc. Would go back ....

The oyster Burger was watery. We politely told the lady about it and she went off on how no one has ever complained about the oyster burger the waitress was so rude..so we went across the street to the fisherman corner and it was awesome

Try the razor clams and eggs, they do not disappoint.

Ok the quality has gone down. Long time establishment that realy needs a make over. Food was just ok.

Our waitress seamed to be new to the industry but she was sweet and genuine. I love the atmosphere and the food was awesome! Bloody marry was nice and spicy! Just how i like it! I love being able to look out over the pier. Just over all love!

Decent prices, not sure on hours it's never posted on the door or window but it's a nice stop and usually good food, it can be as little bit of a wait since you seat yourself and normally there's only one waitress, but usually a good experience!

Older style restaurant with delish food and decent prices. Chowder was very good....better than nearby restaurant.

Older rustic please, not very clean like all the place in little towns on the coast. Food could be better but portions are big and salad was fresh. Prices are not too steep but should be lower for the food/service combination. I would not come back for food but would for a bar that is okay, nice older crowd.

Out standing crab Benedict . The fish and chips are good . Nices friendly staff . I stop here every I'm in Garibaldi .

The absolutely the WORST FOOD AND SERVICE....my wife had the chicken strip burger and was horrible. I had halibut fish and chips and they were absolutely fake might has well been fish sticks.portions were VERY small for 18.50. How the heck do you call anything good here. Dont get me started on the waitress if you want to call her that...walked in and was told to grab a menu I've never been here didn't find one til the old lady finally got 5 minutes later she took our order and dropped it off and that's the last time I saw her. Had to find some one to check us out to see our bill 30 dollars for worst sea food in my life.save your money and go across the street for real fish and service.

1st ones in for breakfast as doors opened but food was dry, greasy, cold as though it had been setting on the grill way to long. Bacon was so overcooked and greasy we didn't even save it for the dogs. Waitress was nice, but never returned to check on our table after food delivery. Poor service, terrible food would not recommend.

Visited this place on a whim, great service and really good razor clams with eggs.

We showed up at 830pm. Restaurant wasn't pretty... flies and place needs some cleaning and updating... BUT food was great. Had cod fish and chips and loved it.

Not bad but not many local choices.

They are kind. I would reccomend coming here if you have plenty of time and want a typical greasy spoon breakfast.

Horrible service, been here 40 minutes still no food. Would not recommend.

The place is dated. Look past it. Service was good, breakfast was great. I had the Crab Benedict special and it was lovely. Hash browns cooked perfectly. Eggs poached maybe a little hard, but these things are not consistent from place to place. I loved it and will be going back.

We had the all you can eat fish (cod) and chips. Nice sized fresh tasting and not greasy! Yay! Our waitress, Lauren, was very attentive and made sure all 4 of us had everything we needed. The place is very clean, although with older decor, I thought it had a lot of charm.(We've eaten here 3 times so far, good food/service each time)
